The coaching call this week was the reflection of what I learned in my "Speech and Drama" workshop, an in-depth phenomenal of how speech could transform our life. It was a profound relationship of human life and the spiritual meaning behind vowel and consonant that formed and explored itself through dialogue.
A busy week passed with the new consciousness in life, the unexpected week that seems difficulty to handle was transformed into a new quality. The struggling issues stayed alive but it was not the matter anymore. I felt like it was a gift that life gave me a pause time to take a rest before moving forward.
For me, the integration of inner dialogue and drama shaped a new way of looking at the world. The surrender of self to something higher than you and become one with it was a wonderful quality of human life. The theory of generative dialogue become alive during the play on stage and still shaded its light into my life until today.

My 5th Coaching Call with Mary Kate
We spent time this week sharing our thought about "Energy". The question of "Where was the source of energy come from?" was the main question that brought Mary Kate and I deep down to the Ocean of unknown knowledge.
Giving the fact that life brought a lot of learning process and challenging to overcome, I just realized that the flow of energy during our coaching call nourished my soul with a thought for life. I ever thought that "energy" was a powerful wording when we heard it but this time I just realized the real meaning of its power which enrich and strengthen our inner quality to see the situation in our life with fresh eyes.
I could feel the wisdom beyond the wording of "energy" where the unknown source filled both of us with love and care. It was so gentle and warmth to hear her sentence. "I could saw the ocean that allowed me to go out and come back when I needed it. I was claimed and energized." It was so amazing that I could sense and feel the same place as her. It seems like the time and space disappeared, both of us were in one place.
It was a great experience to have a feeling of “Sense of Wonder” during coaching call and became a witness of what life brought to me.

My 4th coaching call with Mary Kate
The power of being with someone gave me a huge energy to welcome the day. It was a challenging week for me as I had run and facilitated a training sessionn for my client started from 6.30 a.m. - 11.p.m. for 4 days. I was fully engaged with the demanding of client's need during and after the session.
This week was a busy week for Mary Kate as she had to run a training session for her client too. Our conversation deep down into the moment of "present" that she experienced during the class. She shared her nice view of training meaned to her as an opportunity to learn new thing and helped people to examine themselve through questions she raised. The essential of question brought her a moment of being with her client, became part of the groups and felt alive and productive.
She could not name the moment of "engaging with people for a whole body and heart when we were doing something with them." She could felt a huge space and energy connection which was beyond word!
I could feel the moment of truth and present once we finished our conversation. The time and place that we were talking disappeared. She finished our coaching call with the sentence of "It was an incredible that time and place could not separate people, we were still connect in the same present being." You were right, Mary Kate. Your wisdom brought me a perspective of seeing the world with new eyes and ideas. I would like to express my sincere gratitude toward any wisdom behind this wonderful conversation that we shared.

My 3rd coaching call with MaryKate
I feeled very touched with MaryKate story tonight. Even she was very tied with her day but she expressed her strong commitment to fix with our reschedule coaching call. We agreed to start our coaching session on skype chatting room instead of verbal conversation. This new experience drew a lot of awareness and concentration as a coach like me.
Our coaching journey started with "How about your day today?" rather than "How about your supsension experience that you have this week?" I stopped myself to ask the second question which was prepared in advance after reading her chatting response. It was about 10.30 p.m. in USA due to a day light saving time and it was just only 9.30 a.m. in Bangkok. The different time brought a different mode of emotional and feeling that I never noticed before.
The reflection of day and night gave me a broaden view of MaryKate story. It seems like a coach like me who was ahead of time could see the morning and life before my coachee who was going to sleep with her new challenging in life.
A flow of our conversation was going on very well until I asked the following question.
[9:49:10] Chinrinee Weerawutiwong: What is the release action that can help you overcome this overwhelming?
[9:49:44] Marykate: what do you mean by release action? it sounds good.
As a coach, I had to suspend my answer to her question of "release action", I found that this wording poped up in my head when I listened to her story, a picture of her physical injury and overwhelming emotions in both business and family life.
It seems like a 34 seconds' silent period from (9:40:10 - 9:49:44) was so long but the last sentence brought a lot of release in my heart. For me, "it sounds good" was another realm of feeling that shift from overwhelming to another stage of consciousness. I could feel the moment of being one with her, even we had a coaching call from another part of the world. My release came from my faith and trust that she has connected to her own source and was able to find her own way to reach that stage.
We ended up our coaching call with the connection meaning of "release and suspend". I hope that her answer of "releasing was letting go, relaxing, allowing and breathing" gave her a big picture of its meaning. Good night, MaryKate and enjoy your new day with my favorite poem.
Morning has come
Night is away
Night meets the day
Welcome the day.

The 3rd coaching call with Jo Ann
I just finish a good time sharing my practice of suspension with Jo Ann. A feeling of relief and having someone really listen to me fill my heart with love and care. Her deep listening helps me reflecting my own self of who I am and what is my work for as a leader. Having a time to reflect my story in a blog and during a coaching call, it seems like standing in front of big mirror and I can see myself from all directions. It is a crytal clear to see myself as the way I am.
Jo Ann ends up our coaching call with the question of my final project course which I never think before. I tell her that I may consider to have a final project on the topic of "Dying your old self and Borning the new one". This is only the topic that rings in my ears at this coaching moment.

The Practice of Suspension - Day 2
I have a good chance to practice my suspension with one of my talent staff who is very smart, has strong leadership skills and a good team player. The most essential characteristic is her commitment to strive for success. I am very appreciated with her initiative and multiple skills.
I invite her to talk with me today as I find that the more busy she is, the more error her work becomes. Sometime, I am very frastrated with her decision making but hardly share my inner feeling with her. After thinking for 2 days, I make a decision to practice my witness skills, the skills to mirror my own thougt and feeling through a conversation.
Even today is a busy day for both of us, we just come back from client meeting and need time to clear some pending jobs. I find myself walk around and have a bit stress when trying to find a nice invitation sentence. "Are you free to talk with me?" is the best question that I can think at that moment.
She comes to see me with a doubtful face so I start to begin our conversation by asking about her day. At that moment, I notice that I lose my focus to say a sentence that I really want to say, so I just flow with her story. Suddenly, I find that a time is a bit slow down when I invite her to share her thought about the challenging situation we face at this moment. We look at each other after a while and say nothing. Then, the flow of her story begins without interruption for half an hour.
A sentence of "imagine hanging the judgment out in front of you and let it float there" arises in my head. I find myself listen to her story without any judgement and feel a bit light in my physical body. I find myself expressing my inner feeling and thought freely and have no pressure about the outcome when we have different ideas.
I finish our conversation by leaving her a question of how we can learn together to improve our efficiency and increase a vitality in our working process. She promises to come up with her ideas on next Monday. For me, her new idea is not a matter at all, the most important one is the way we can express ourselve and listen to the concerns of each other better. It is really a gift from dialogue exercise that strengthen my inner balance to accept people as the way they are.

The Practice of Suspension
The screen of 14 people sitting in a circle give me a warm and welcome space as everyday. I feel familiar and comfortable with this setting and enjoy the time with my staff. We start the day with the report of pending job that each of us has on hands. The flow of the reports go on very well sometime we are laughing at some joyful ideas that each of us try to put into the circle. I can feel the happiness and joyful around the corner of the room.
The laughing moment turns into silent when it comes to my queue. I decide to report and share my feeling on the project that one of my staff make decision without informing me. We lose a big amount of income and I would like to draw their attention to help me overcome this challenging. I could feel the breathing and tension spread from each person, it seems like room is empty nobody answer to my question of "How can we help to overcome this challenge"?
As I commit to practice suspension today so I start my day with deep meditation and remind myself to become a witness and welcome every situation that the day bring to me. So, I hold the story that each person shares and try to open my inner ears to listen to the visible and invisible story they express. The familiar sentence of my music teacher come into my ears, "Put your spotlight to see from the above". For me the moment of silence help me a lot to put my spotlight to see the whole story.
Finally, we come up with the solution to control our expenses and share our head, heart and hands to manage this job together, the room turn into laughing again and we end our meeting with the blessing poem. For me, this day is one of the most wonderful day in my life. The song of "When we make a home" from Good Time for love album blow into my ears.......
"(A lovely home.....ooh....)
When we make a home
When our love has grown
When all our apprehensions fade
And we can say "forever"
When we share our dreams
Everything we own
We'll build a life together
When we make a home
* Safe and warm (Safe and warm)
We're sheltered from the strom
(So we'll happy together)
When we make a home together
Love will last forever
Now our love is young
Facing the unknown (Forever more...)
But we'll find joy together
When we make a home
(A lovely home.....ooh....)
When our hearts are one
Though our minds are two
When we can cherish everyday
And fill our lives with laughter
We will dance and sing
In the setting sun
We've made a home together
When our hearts are one (* twice)
